29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met. The employer is failing to provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for the specific products containing hazardous chemicals on the job site, and having a written Hazardous Communication Program in place to safeguard employees from the hazards on the job site. This was most recently documented on November 14, 2019 at 6735 Monarch Drive Lincoln, NE 68516. The employer is failing to protect employees from the following but not limited to: underlayment, shingles, and construction adhesives/sealants, as irritants to the shin, eyes, and respiratory tract.
