29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): The Bryer Co. LLC. on or about November 25, 2019, at the address of 2213 West Valleywood, Genoa, OH: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while working from a single story residential structure. Employees were tearing off a 4/12 pitched low sloped roof without the benefit of fall protection. The Bryer Co. LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection #1404738, Citation number 1, Item number 2, and was affirmed as final order on 07/26/2019, with regards to a workplace located at 2305 Whispering Pines Drive, Toledo, Ohio 43617.
