29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program:  a) Hailo Wind Systems, USA Inc., Elberton, Ga - Sound level meter reading taken while an employee was cutting aluminum rungs and reject ladders with a radial arm saw showed noise levels between 98-102 dBA. Initial noise monitoring was not performed to determine the noise levels the employee(s) were exposed to, on or about 12/10/19.  b) Hailo Wind Systems, USA Inc., Elberton, Ga - Sound level meter reading taken while an employee was grinding/buffing metal pieces showed noise levels between 94-96 dBA. Initial noise monitoring was not performed to determine the noise levels the employee(s) were exposed to, on or about 12/10/19.
