29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about December 12, 2019, at the job site where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard exceeding six feet when performing insulation activities without being protected from falling. SWADLEY ROOFING SYSTEMS, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.501(b)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1297173, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS FINAL ORDER ON MARCH 30, 2018 WITH A FINAL ABATEMENT DATE OF FEBRUARY 23, 2018, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 13058 GRANT RD, CYPRESS, TX 77429.
