29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) On or about December 13, 2019, the employer did not ensure the upper guard on the Wen ten inch (10") Sliding Compound Miter Saw (Model No. 70711 & Serial No. GLT101200163) worked properly and self-adjusted to guard the unused portion of the blade. This exposed employees to an amputation hazard.
