On or about December 23, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing carpentry operations on the outside top plate while installing roof rafters, fifteen (15) feet above the ground, were not protected from falling, thereby exposing an employee to fall hazards.    P & D Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1214553, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 12, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 815 S. Vine St., Hinsdale, IL.
