29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Waldos Construction at 1212 Raintree Dr. Bldg I, Fort Collins, Colorado: On or about 12/27/2019, the employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were protected by guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. One employee was working on the third story roof of a residential apartment home without a harness or any other fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards in excess of 6 ft.
