29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On June 8, 2022 where the employees were working from a roof installing sheeting at a height of more than six feet in the vicinity of 1700 Eighth Avenue SE, in Mandan, North Dakota. (b) On June 8, 2022 at the construction site located at1700 Eighth Avenue SE, in Mandan, North Dakota, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 10 feet through a floor opening into the basement of the residential building. Waldos Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1592402, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06-22-2022, with respect to a workplace located at or near 3804 Nickel Drive in Bismarck, North Dakota.
