29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about April 27, 2022, and at times prior, at or near 3804 Nickel Drive in Bismarck, North Dakota, for the employees exposed fall hazards of over 12 feet while installing trusses and roof sheathing during residential construction of a single family home.
