29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(i): The employer did not train each employee with occupational exposure in accordance with the requirements of this section:      (a)Twin City Fan Companies LTD at 515 Commerce Street, Aberdeen SD 57401:  On or about and at times prior to January 7, 2020, janitorial staff who cleans up potentially infectious materials on a at least a monthly basis such as blood and items contaminated with blood were not trained on the elements of the standard.      ABATEMENT NOTE:   Such training must be provided at no cost to the employee and during working hours. The employer shall institute a training program and ensure employee participation in the program.  Employers must ensure that their workers receive regular training that covers all elements of the standard including, but not limited to: information on bloodborne pathogens and diseases, methods used to control occupational exposure, hepatitis B vaccine, and medical evaluation and post-exposure follow-up procedures. Employers must offer this training on initial assignment, at least annually thereafter, and when new or modified tasks or procedures affect a workers occupational exposure.
