On or before January 7, 2020, where an employee was using a pneumatic nail gun to frame in the front porch of a new construction house, the employee's eyes were not protected, thereby being exposed to struck-by hazards. b. On or before January 7, 2020, where an employee was using a pneumatic nail gun to secure sheathing to the roof trusses of a new construction house, the employee's eyes were not protected, thereby being exposed to struck-by hazards.
