29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     On or about January 15, 2020, two employees engaged in sheeting operations were not protected from falling approximately 8 feet to a lower level.    Cheltenham Construction Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1104683, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4-6-16, with respect to a workplace located at 1137 Ironhorse Court, in Wentzville Missouri.

29 CFR 1926.502(e)(2): Positioning devices were not secured to an anchorage capable of supporting at least twice the potential impact load of an employee's fall or 3,000 pounds (13.3 kN), whichever was greater:    On or about January 15, 2020, an employee was exposed to an approximately 8 foot fall to a lower level.  A fall positioning device was secured to a single wooden truss and trusses were not braced as required.
