On or about 13 Jan 2020, employees were exposed to electrical hazard from electrical wires not placed in conduit.

On or about 13 Jan 2020, The large panel box had an unused opening in the side exposing energized live parts creating exposing workers to an electrical shock hazard.

Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed so as to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures:  a) Crane offloading area, adjacent to 1800 Zinc Plant Road, Clarksville, TN.  On or about 13 Jan 2020, employees were exposed to electrical hazard from Start/Stop switch box cover not secured.
