This condition was most recently observed at an existing residential job site at Century Farms subdivision, Phase 7, Lot 2 Block 30, 3779 E Murchinson, Meridian, Idaho 83642, on January 17, 2019. Two roofers were installing roofing felt on an 8:12 pitch roof without a fall protection system in place and were exposed to fall hazards ranging from 10 to 25 feet from various locations on the roof to the concrete and/or ground below.       Cano Roofing, Inc dba Signature Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1385765, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on April 11, 2019 with respect to a workplace located at 1639 S. Kimball Way, Boise, Idaho 83709.      Cano Roofing, Inc dba Signature Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1053241, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 24, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 5193 Waters Edge, Garden City, Idaho 83714.
