29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer shall select, and have each affected employee use, the types of PPE that will protect the affected employee from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment: At a facility located at W2002 County Road Q, Elkhart Lake, WI 53020, the employer did not have each affected employee use protective sleeves when the employer identified hazards of burns during tasks in the Foundry related to molten metal. The hazards of burns and the protective measures necessary were identified by the employer in hazard assessment for Loading Ingots and Pouring Metal, which were certified on November 11, 2019 and December 03, 2019 respectively.
