29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: On January 7, 2020, at approximately 7:00am, an employee was performing maintenance on a breaker box when he fell off a ladder and suffered an injury resulting in a hospitalization. The hospitalization was not reported within 24 hours to the local Area Office of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The Austin Area Office was notified on January 21, 2020 at approximately 12:14pm.
