29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. On or about April 21, 2021, and at times prior thereto, employees were operating the WALCO Roller Coater machine in the Glue Line #1 area without the rollers being guarded, exposing employees to the hazard of being caught-in the rollers.
