29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment were not kept clean and orderly, or in a sanitary condition: a) Shredding area, the area had accumulations of explosive dust located on the elevated horizontal surfaces of the electrical and control cabinets, belt conveyor components, and support structures of the cable and hose trays, exposing employees to severe burn injuries from a potential dust explosion and fire hazard, on or about, January 23, 2020. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED b) Extruding area, the area near the two process storage bins had accumulations of combustible flake particles on elevated horizontal surfaces under the bins, vertical surfaces of the building thermal insulation on the west wall, and surfaces of the bar joist ceiling components and sprinkler system runs, exposing employees to a fire hazard, on or about, January 23, 2020. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
