ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED      b) Extruding area, the area near the two process storage bins had accumulations of combustible flake particles on elevated horizontal surfaces under the bins, vertical surfaces of the building thermal insulation on the west wall, and surfaces of the bar joist ceiling components and sprinkler system runs, exposing employees to a fire hazard, on or about, January 23, 2020.
