29 CFR 1910.147(d): The established procedures for the application of energy control (the lockout or tagout procedures) were not done in sequence as required by 29 CFR 1910.147(d)(1)-(6):    a) MacLean Saegertown, LLC, 1 Crawford St, Saegertown, PA, thread roll section of Robodrill.  On or about January 8, 2020, employees performing servicing and maintenance, including, but not limited to cleaning and clearing jams from the Robodrill, did not utilize energy control procedures before reaching hands into the thread roll section to clear a jam. Lockout/tagout was not utilized when clearing the jam.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
