29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). On or about 27 January 2020, a worker performing masonry activities, on a self supporting scaffold, on a multi-family residential under construction was working under an unsafe condition. The employer did not correct hazards through frequent and regular safety inspections. Thus, exposing the worker to a fall hazard of approximately 34 feet.
