29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. On or about June 27, 2023, the employer did not provide frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite while workers were installing exterior brick from scaffolds at heights above 10 feet, exposing workers to hazards such as, but not limited to, fall and struck-by hazards.
