29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Shop Area- Employees worked with corrosive chemicals, including, but not limited to, CARQUEST Brake Fluid, and an appropriate emergency eyewash was not available in the work area, as discovered on or about 1/28/2020. Corrected During Inspection. Cottman Transmission was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.151(c)which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1423821, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/11/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 118 Stevens Road in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
