29 CFR 1915.159(c)(5): personal fall arrest systems were not inspected prior to each use for mildew, wear, damage, and other deterioration:    M/V HAWKSBILL: on Railway 2: upper mast structure: An employee was wearing a personal arrest system while removing electronic equipment on boat mast which had not been inspected prior to use for wear, damage, or deterioration. The gear had corroded connectors, no inspection tag, and worn edges on straps and employer had not removed it from service. Employee was exposed to fall hazards.
