Railway 1, M/V ICON Interior/Exterior of Vessel: Boat repair welding/grinding activities were being conducted with ventilation equipment and/or extension cords were being used. Multiple extension/power cords in use were identified during the inspection as being damaged.  Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards.
