29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) Small potatoes sorting area: On or about January 30, 2020, and at times prior thereto; rotating conveyor located beside a sorter's step stool presented a caught-in hazard for employees engaged in servicing, maintenance, and sorting operations.   b) Five pound line: On or about January 30, 2019 and at times prior thereto; maintenance personnel, sorters, and machine operators entered and exited work areas with unguarded rotating overhead conveyors, which exposed them to overhead caught-in hazards.    c) Bagger Area: On or about January 30, 2019 and at times prior thereto; Volmpak Auto-baler was missing a side guard, exposing the point of operation on the left side of the machine.
