29 CFR 1910.124(j)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure airflow was adequate at least quarterly during operation: a) 80 Flagship Drive, North Andover, MA 01845 On or about 2/5/20, the employer did not conduct quarterly airflow tests on ventilation used to control emissions from plating baths. By not verifying adequate airflow, employees may have been exposed to hazardous chemicals from the plating process, including, but not limited to cadmium, silver, nickel, and acids.
