29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): All pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose; and each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy:    a) On or about February 18, 2020, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from shock and fire hazards where an electrical outlet and switch installation inside a waterproof box in the car wash area did not have faceplates to protect against water and chemical fume infiltration to the wires. 29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or  were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve:  (a) On or about February 18, 2020, the employer did not ensure that the voluntary use half-face tight fitting respirators were storing them properly to protect them from damage or contamination where one was stored inside a chemical cabinet among containers of chemicals. 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with either the information specified under paragraphs (f)(1)(i) through (v) of this section for labels on shipped containers; or the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical:  a) On or about February 18, 2020, the employer did not ensure that employees working with hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, Car Brite Wheel and Tire Cleaner, a corrosive containing hydrogen peroxide, were protected from exposure where chemical labels were illegible, incorrect, or missing.
