29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: (a) At the jobsite, building 2 - roof , employees were exposed to an eye injuries while installing shingles. The employees were using material and equipment such as, but not limited to, nail guns and hammers, on or about 2/14/2020. Stanley's Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1183616, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 6, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 220 N. Keech St, Villages of Halifax, Daytona Beach, FL 32114.
