29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about April 25, 2024, Lot HH16, employees were exposed to 8- foot 8-inch fall hazards while installing underlayment and fascia on a 5/12 pitched roof, in that, fall protection was not used. b. On or about April 25, 2024, Lot HH17, employees were exposed to 9- foot 4-inch fall hazards while installing underlayment and fascia of a 5/12 pitched roof, in that, fall protection was not used. Stanley's Roofing Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1659547, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 30, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 11034 Lake Butler Blvd. Windermere FL 34786.

On or about April 25, 2024, Lot HH17, the employer did not prepare and maintain a written fall protection training program certification for employees exposed to fall hazards of 9-feet 4-inches while installing underlayment and fascia on the roof.
