29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Jobsite: located at 11034 Lake Butler Blvd. Windermere, FL 34786. Stanley's Roofing Inc. did not enforce the use of fall protection while employees installed roofing material on the (11) feet high roof, exposing employees to fall hazards, on or about 03/28/2023. Stanley's Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1464770, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 09-11-2020, with respect to a workplace located at 14510 west brook circle, building 2, SARASOTA, FL 34277.

Stanley's Roofing Inc.'s ladder was positioned approximately 2 inches below the roof landing, while being used to gain access to a roof (11) feet high, to install roofing materials, exposing employees to fall hazards, on or about 03/28/2023.
