29 CFR 1910.29(f)(1)(iii)(A): The employer did not ensure that the top rail of a stair rail system also serving as a handrail system was not less than 36 inches (91 cm) and not more than 38 inches (97 cm) as measured at the leading edge of the stair tread to the top surface of the top rail:  (a) On or about February 25, 2020 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to fall hazards where stair rail systems also serving as handrails measured less than 29 inches at multiple stairways in the warehouse area located at 3900 East Idaho Street, Elko, Nevada.

29 CFR 1910.36(e)(2): The exit door did not swing outward in the direction of travel were the room was designed to be occupied by more than 50 people and/or  the room contained materials that were likely to burn with extreme rapidity or possibly explode:  (a) On or about February 25, 2020 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to fire hazards where materials to include paper products, chemicals, and fire starting accelerants were stored in the warehouse area located at 3900 East Idaho Street, Elko, Nevada.
