This violation was most recently observed at 20 W. Central Blvd, Palisades Park, NJ, at instance (a): The employer did not provide any firefighting equipment at the jobsite. Combustible products such as wood were stored, cut and used on site to frame a residential structure. Gasoline fueled generators were used on site to power electric equipment such as circular saws, nail guns, extension cords and compressors to perform the framing activities. Extra gasoline to fuel the generators was stored in gas cans on the site, on or about 02/28/2020 and 3/02/2020. To abate this violation the employer must ensure that firefighting equipment is available at the site and complies with 29 C.F.R. 1926 Subpart F.
