29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: BB Frame LLC dba Frame Q LLC, as successor to Frame Q LLC, and Juan Quevedo does not ensure that debris and are regularly removed from the construction site. This violation was most recently observed at 2400 6th St., Fort Lee, NJ, at instance (a): Exterior Framing- where combustibles products such as wood and debris were accumulated in piles at the jobsite, on or about 12/31/2019. To abate this violation the employer must ensure that proper removal of debris occurs compiling with with 29 C.F.R. 1926 Subpart C.

29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart: BB Frame LLC dba Frame Q LLC, as successor to Frame Q LLC, and Juan Quevedo does not ensure that employees have available firefighting equipment at the jobsite. This violation was most recently observed at 700 Palisades Ave., Cliffside Park, NJ, at instance (a): Exterior Framing- where employers did not provide any firefighting equipment at the jobsite. Combustible products such as wood was stored, cut and used on site to frame a residential structure. Gasoline fueled generators and compressors powered electric tools such as circular saws and nail guns to perform framing activities. Extra gasoline was stored in gas cans on the site, on or about 12/31/2019. To abate this violation the employer must ensure that firefighting equipment is available at the site and complies with 29 C.F.R. 1926 Subpart F.

This violation was most recently observed at 2400 6th St., Fort Lee NJ, at instance (a): Exterior Framing- where employees were not wearing any eye protection while engaged in framing activities using a circular electric saw, and pneumatic guns, on or about 12/31/19. To abate this violation the employer must ensure that its employees performing framing work are protected from eye injury and that no employee is allowed to be exposed to eye injuries without wearing proper eye protection.

This violation was most recently observed, on or about 12/31/19, at 2400 6th St, Fort Lee, NJ, at instance (a): Exterior Framing- where employees were engaged in wood framing activities and were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet while standing on the framing deck next to the exterior edge without any method of fall protection. To abate this violation the employer must ensure that its employees performing framing work are protected from falls and that no employee is allowed to be exposed to a fall hazard of 6 foot or more without adequate fall protection.

This violation was most recently observed at 2400 6th St., Fort Lee, NJ, at instance (a): Exterior Structure 1st Floor- where an employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately six feet while accessing the working surface by stepping on the top step and top of a stepladder, on or about 12/31/19. To abate this violation the employer must ensure that its employees who work on step ladders are trained on their use and not allowed to stand on the top step and or top of the stepladder. .

This violation was most recently observed at 2400 6th St, Fort Lee NJ, at instance (a): Exterior of Building - Front - where employees were exposed to struck by hazards while an All Terrain Forklift was being operated by am employee that had not been trained and evaluated on the safe operation of forklifts, on or about 12/31/19. To abate this violation the employer must ensure that its employees who operate a forklift are trained and evaluated in the safe operation of forklifts. Frame Q LLC was previously cited SERIOUS for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.602(d), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 979064, citation number 01, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/25/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 18 Skyline Dr, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632.
