29 CFR 1910.145(c) (2) (i): Caution signs were not used to warn against potential hazards or to caution against unsafe practices: a. 550 Indian Trail Lilburn Road NW, Lilburn, GA (Warehouse Aisle 17) - Employees were exposed to slip hazard - Employees were operating the forklifts while the floor was wet from the scrubbing/squeegee machine, causing the forklift to slid on the wet floor. There were no placards placed/wet floor stand placed in the area, alerting and/or making employees aware of the hazardous areas when the floor is wet from cleaning, on or about February 29, 2020.
