29 CFR 1926.150(a)(4): Firefighting equipment was not periodically inspected: On or about March 10, 2020 the company did not ensure all firefighting equipment was periodically inspected, exposing employees to the fire hazards associated with having expired fire extinguishers on a commercial construction site. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
