29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At the roof of a residential development in construction, located in Del Webb, at 12821 SW Gingerline Drive, Port Saint Lucie, Florida, 34987: On or about March 11, 2020 and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 9-feet, 4-inches to ground level, in that; no fall protection was being used when employees were performing work on a roof with a 5/12 pitch. CJM Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1235090, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/11/2018 with respect to a workplace located at 11607 SW Rowena Street in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.
