29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about 9/17/2022, at the job site located at 11976 SW Roma Way, Lot 119, Port Saint Lucie Florida 34952, employees were exposed to a 10-foot fall hazard while placing shingles on a roof (i.e. pitch of 4.5:12) of a residential structure without fall protection.  CJM Roofing Inc.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1468956, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/20/2020, with respect to a workplace located at12821 SW Gingerline Dr, Del Webb At tradition, Port St Lucie, FL 34987.  CJM Roofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1420378, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/20/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2031 Park Central, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411.
