The Wine Concrete Products, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.95(l)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1235033, citation number 2 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/27/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1000 Big Sewickley Creek Rd. Sewickley, PA 15143.

29 CFR 1910.252(a)(1)(i):  When the object to be welded or cut cannot readily be moved, all movable fire hazards in the vicinity were not taken to a safe place:    a) In the Pre-Cast Plant, on or about March 12, 2020- In around the immediate welding area where large size rebar is assembled by "tack & stack" welding, the employer did not ensure that all movable fire hazards such as, but not limited to flammable and combustible materials such as wood pallets, empty supply cardboard boxes, paper towel, and plastic bags were not within the vicinity.    The Wine Concrete Products, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.252(a)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1235033, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/27/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1000 Big Sewickley Creek Rd.
