Court street, Circleville, OH 43113:  On and preceding May 4, 2020, the controlling employer did not ensure that a forklift with an occupied, elevated platform was not moved horizontally.  A JLG model 10054 rough terrain forklift was being used to lift an external platform with two siding workers inside of it while the operator drove the platform in order to reposition it.  The following condition exposed the employees to fall and struck-by hazards.
