29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Gouge Quality Roofing, LLC located at 7451 Williamson Lane Canal Winchester, OH, 43110: On and preceding August 19, 2022, the controlling employer did not ensure that roofers removing and installing materials on the roof of a two-story residential home at heights varying in from 10 to 25 feet wore appropriate fall protection thereby exposing the employees to falls up to 25 feet.
