29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. Ron Morrow worksite located at Lot 138 Gray Birch Road, Perrysburg, OH, 43551: On or about May 20, 2020, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while installing gable studs on a single story residential house structure. The employees were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 9 feet from a steep slope roof. Ron Morrow was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1401433, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 16, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 15094 Hickory Creek Court in Perrysburg, Ohio. Ron Morrow was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1237864, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on July 11, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 15293 Sunset Maple Drive in Perrysburg, Ohio.
