29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  183 Meadowbrook Rd., Longmeadow, MA: On or about June 3, 2020, multiple employees was observed roofing this residence without any fall protection, more than 12 feet above the ground below.   The employer routinely does not assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on November 5, 2019, when employees were installing shingles on a residential roof located at 358 Bliss Rd., Longmeadow, MA without fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 17 feet above the next lower level (ground).  Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
