29 CFR  1926.1051(a):A stairway or ladder was not  provided at all personnel points of access where there is a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided:  138 Abbott St., Springfield, MA: On or about November 16, 2021, employees were observed jumping from the shuttle table of a shingle lift which was more than 36 inches in elevation change and had not been provided with a ramp, runway, sloped embarkment or personnel hoist.  Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
