29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about 06/08/2020 at the Allen Street/Williams Avenue Construction Project: Employees were working from the second floor, bolting lumber to the steel beams and no fall protection systems were in use. Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 11 feet.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: On or about 06/08/2020 at the Allen Street/Williams Avenue Construction Project: An employee was working from the second floor, bolting lumber to the steel beams. The employee was using the top and top steps of a Werner 8 foot fiberglass stepladder to access and descend from the second floor.
