29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:   On or about June 9, 2020, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not conduct inspections of the job site at 1120 North Wick Rd. Justin TX 76247 to ensure that their employees and all workers in performance of the contract work were protected from hazardous conditions to include unprotected falls approximately 10 feet.
