29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about October 12, 2023, the employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). Lafuente Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1674391, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 2, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 4114 FM 2920, Spring, TX 77388.
