29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:   On or about June 9, 2020, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not conduct inspections of the job site at 16076 Breeze St. Justin TX 76247 to ensure that their employees and all workers employed in the performance of the contract work were protected from hazardous conditions to include unprotected falls approximately 10 feet.
