1926.503(a)(1)       The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.  On or about 06/19/2020, at 11296 Canyon Maple Boulevard, Davie, Florida, while engaged in roofing activities near the edge of a steep roof without using any means of fall protection, the employer had not provided an employee with fall protection training to recognize and avoid hazards associated with roofing work, thus exposing the worker to fall hazards of up to 15 feet in height.
