29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about June 26, 2025, at jobsite location 12400 SW 125 Ct., Miami, FL 33186, an employee performing roofing work on top of a garage roof in a residential home was exposed to fall hazards; in that, the employer did not ensure that fall arrest equipment was in use to prevent falls from a 10 ft. elevation onto the paved floor. Coast 2 Coast Support, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1752456, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 10, 2024 , with respect to a workplace located at 1852 Coral Heights Lane, Oakland Park, FL 33309.
