The employer does not ensure employee(s) installing shingles using pneumatic nail gun use eye protection.   Martin Davila was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1403032, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 6, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 4352 Margaret Ridge Drive, Florissant, Missouri. 63034. The condition was most recently observed  on or about July 7, 2020 at the jobsite located at 4352 Margaret Ridge Drive, Florissant, Missouri, 63034. The employer does not ensure each employee who is exposed to falls greater than 6 feet while working on a residential roof used fall protection.
